Sad reminder of the Influenza pandemic of 1918 - Fed Wallington of Chappaqua, New York died of the flu on November 4, 1918. He served at Camp Wheeler and was honored by his country. These "Died" certificates" are far less common than the "Wounded" versions..
 
The accolade is in great shape - it just looks a bit warped from laying it flat to photograph. Will be shipped rolled, and the death information is digital and a print out is not part of this offering.
